PANEER JALFREZI RECIPE BY MAYA FOODS

Paneer Jalfrezi basically is an Indian-style stir-fry dish and spicy version of paneer recipe mainly cooked with onions, tomatoes and bell peppers. Ingredients:
Method of Preparation:
  1. Heat oil in a pan and sautee the paneer till golden brown and put it in hot water for 15 min or we can use fresh paneer too.
  2. Heat oil in the same pan and add the cumin seeds.
  3. Then add the onions and salt and fry till they become translucent.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste and fry for two minutes.
  5. Now add the tomato paste and fry for 2 minutes.
  6. Now add the red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala.
  7. Add a little water and fry till the raw smell goes.
  8. Now add the black peppers and fry for 5 minutes.
  9. Make sure the black peppers don’t get over cooked and they are still crunchy.
  10. Now add the paneer and tomatoes and combine well.
  11. Let it cook for another 10 minutes in low flame.
  12. Add the Kasuri methi by crushing them between the palms.
  13. Serve hot with Parathas.

Paneer Wrap by Maya Foods

Paneer wraps are stuffed with paneer which is sauteed in spicy masala, wrapped with Chapati or paratha is a treat to taste buds at anytime anywhere.

Ingredients:
Method of Preparation:
  1. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan and toss the paneer cubes until golden brown and keep them aside.
  2. In the same pan, add oil and fry the onions followed by grated ginger and garlic and fry till the onions become translucent.
  3. Add the bell peppers and fry till they become soft.
  4. Now add the tomatoes followed by some salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder and coriander powder.
  5. Fry till the raw smell of masala powders go and add the fried paneer.
  6. Combine well and the crushed Kasuri Methi at the end.
  7. Now filling for the wrap is ready.
  8. Toss the tortillas in a pan for 2 minutes each side.
  9. Spread the green chutney first, then keep around 1 1/2 tsp of filling.
  10. Add some lettuce, ranch, mayo and roll them.
  11. Tasty Paneer wraps are ready.

Aloo Tiki by Maya Foods

Aloo Tikki is a North Indian, Pakistani and Bangladeshi snack made out of boiled potatoes, onions and various curry Maya Food spices.

Method for Preparation:

  1. Once the potatoes have been boiled and mashed, add in all the other ingredients.
  2. Form into patties (you should be able to get 8 large patties or 10 smaller ones).
  3. Heat a little oil over medium-high heat and fry a few minutes on each side until golden brown. Drain and cool on paper towels.
  4. Serve with any kind of sauce you like with a cottage/ricotta cheese mixture, and it will be a very much delicious with some kind of chutney
